White House says in-person talks with Iran ‘ongoing’

A senior White House official said in a brief statement on Saturday that face-to-face talks with Iran and Pakistan are “ongoing” in Islamabad late into the evening.

Iranian state media reported earlier that two rounds of talks had taken place and a third was expected in the evening.
