Iran in no hurry to resume negotiations, ball in America’s court, local media says
Iran is “in no hurry” to resume negotiations with the United States and believes the “ball is in America’s court,” Tasnim news agency reported, citing an informed source.
The report said Tehran had presented “reasonable initiatives” during the talks.
The Iranians have accused Washington of miscalculating in negotiations and warned that the situation in the Strait of Hormuz would not change unless the United States agrees to what Iran considers a reasonable deal. No date or venue has been set for a possible next round of talks.
