Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich announced that the Israeli government has granted licenses for 33 new settlements in the occupied West Bank. In remarks to Hebrew media, Smotrich described the move as a “historic achievement,” stating that the government had recognised the construction of dozens of settlements and legalized additional outposts in recent months.
