Algerian president, Pope Leo XIV call for justice for Palestinians

Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune and Pope Leo XIV issued a joint call urging the international community to act urgently to achieve justice for the Palestinian people and support their right to establish an independent state. Speaking during a meeting at the Cultural Center of the Grand Mosque of Algiers, President Tebboune said the two leaders are delivering a unified message calling for an end to violations against Palestinians and affirming their inalienable right to self-determination.
