Israel probes soldiers over suspected links to Iran

Israel’s internal security agency has launched an investigation into a suspected espionage network involving military personnel, according to local media.

Channel 7 reported that the Shin Bet and police are examining claims that soldiers may have worked with Iranian-linked actors.

Investigators suspect that some personnel leaked information about sensitive military infrastructure, including bases, systems and weapons.

Authorities also believe the suspects collected intelligence on senior government officials.
