The United Arab Emirates said Thursday that air defenses engaged 278 ballistic missiles, 1,540 drones, and 15 cruise missiles since the outset of Iranian attacks late last month, Anadolu reports. Air defenses also shot down 10 ballistic missiles and 26 drones on Thursday, the Defense Ministry said on US social media company X. The attacks killed six people, including Emirati, Pakistani, Nepali, Bangladeshi nationals, and injured 131 others, including Turkish, Egyptian, and Pakistani nationals among others.
