A total of 114 Palestinians returned to the Gaza Strip through the Rafah border crossing with Egypt and reunited with their families in the besieged enclave, Anadolu reports. The Palestinians crossed the terminal late at night after Israel recently allowed limited pedestrian movement through Rafah, which it had shut during its genocidal war on Gaza launched in October 2023. The returnees were received by their relatives at Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis, southern Gaza, where emotional scenes unfolded after long months of separation.
