The Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas called on Sunday for Israel to be compelled to implement the terms of the first phase of the Gaza ceasefire agreement, as a step toward launching serious dialogue on the issues of the second phase. According to a statement, the call came during meetings held by the movement with mediators and Palestinian factions in the Egyptian capital, Cairo.
