Trump claims Iran ‘collapsing financially’ amid Hormuz standoff

US President Donald Trump said Iran is “collapsing financially” and losing hundreds of millions of dollars daily, in a post on his Truth Social platform.

He also said Iran wants the Strait of Hormuz reopened immediately.

He also claimed that Iran is “Starving for cash! Losing 500 Million Dollars a day.”

The Iranian “Military and Police [are] complaining that they are not getting paid. SOS!!!” he added.
