Israeli air strike on Iranian cities leaves dozens wounded, officials say
An Israeli airstrike on a residential compound in the western Iranian city of Arak killed two and wounded 35 others, according to local officials.
The deputy governor of Arak said the strikes also targeted two production units in the cityβs industrial zone but caused no casualties there.
In a separate incident, authorities in Hamadan said one person was killed and five others were wounded when an air strike hit empty warehouses on the outskirts of the city.
Iranian media also reported explosions in eastern parts of Tehran as strikes continued across the country.
