Lebanese journalist Amal Khalil killed in Israeli strike

The employer of Lebanese journalist Amal Khalil said she was killed in an Israeli attack earlier in the day.

A senior Lebanese military official said her body was found under rubble after the air strike.

Lebanon’s health ministry accused Israel of targeting the house where Khalil and journalist Zeinab Faraj had taken shelter following an earlier attack.

The Israeli army denied targeting the journalists.
