Saudi Arabia says its intercepted 56 drones today

Saudi Arabia has intercepted 56 drones that entered its airspace since early on Friday, according to the kingdom’s defence ministry.

One of the drones attempted to approach the high-security diplomatic quarter in the capital, Riyadh, the ministry said, without identifying who launched the drones.
