Trump says US would escort oil tankers in Strait of Hormuz if needed

President Donald Trump said on Friday that the United States would escort vessels through the Strait of Hormuz if needed and hoped that US-led war efforts would go well.

He told Fox News he also planned to strike Iran “very hard over the next week.”
