Iran’s armed forces warns US against renewed ‘aggression’

Iran’s military has warned the US against renewing attacks and pledged to continue its control over the Strait of Hormuz trade route, Tasnim news agency reported, citing a statement.

“If the aggressor US military continues its siege, banditry, and piracy in the region, they should be certain that they will face a reaction from the powerful armed forces of Iran,” said the Iranian Armed Forces Khatam al-Anbiya Headquarters.

“We are ready and determined to inflict more severe damages on the American-Zionist enemies in the event of another aggression, while monitoring their behaviour and movements in the region, and continuing to manage and control the strategic Strait of Hormuz,”
