Iran's Araghchi to return to Pakistan before Moscow visit

Iran’s foreign minister, Abbas Araghchi, is set to return to Pakistan after a visit to Oman, before travelling onwards to Russia, according to IRNA.

The visit comes as diplomatic efforts continue following a ceasefire and ongoing talks to de-escalate tensions.

Araghchi previously met senior Pakistani officials, including Shehbaz Sharif and Asim Munir, in Islamabad, with discussions focused on regional developments and bilateral ties.

Iran says strengthening coordination with regional partners remains a priority.
