Israeli strikes kill four in south Lebanon

Lebanon’s health ministry said Israeli attacks in the south killed four people, including a woman, and wounded 51 others, among them three children, despite the ceasefire.

At least 40 people have been killed in Lebanon since the fragile truce began on 17 April.
