A member of the Hezbollah has said the group will not recognise or implement outcomes of ongoing negotiations, pledging to resist any efforts it views as targeting the organisation. MP Hassan Fadlallah said “the negotiations, with all their outcomes, do not concern us, and we will not implement them, nor will we allow them to be implemented.” He was speaking at a memorial ceremony held for fighters from what Hezbollah refers to as the Islamic Resistance, where he added: “We will thwart any conspiracy targeting the resistance.” Fadlallah said the group would not adhere to decisions resulting from negotiations, arguing that developments on the battlefield outweigh political agreements. “There are prices and sacrifices we are paying today in this war,” […]
