UAE issues new missile alert

The United Arab Emirates National Emergency and Crisis and Disaster Management Authority has sent out a warning that its air defence systems are responding to missile threat. 

A similar alert urging residents in Dubai to take shelter was issued earlier on Monday, the first such alert since the US-Iran ceasefire, before a second message confirmed that the situation was “now safe”.
