Iran denies plan to target UAE, blames US for 'adventurism'

Iranian state media says there was no planned attack on oil facilities at Fujairah port in the United Arab Emirates, citing a military official.

The official said the incident was not premeditated and attributed it to US actions in the Strait of Hormuz.

They described it as "the result of US military's adventurism to create passage for illegal ship transit" through the waterway.
