US and Iran finalising 14-point memorandum to end war: Report

The US and Iran are moving closer to a one-page ​memorandum to end the war in the region, two sources familiar with the matter told Reuters. 

"We will close this very soon. We are getting close," said one source from Pakistan, which is currently acting as a mediator between the two countries. 

A 14-point, one-page memorandum would officially end the war, followed by talks regarding transit through the Strait of Hormuz and the US lifting sanctions on Iran, as well as discussions on Iran's nuclear programme.
