Israel running low on missile interceptors amid Iran war: Report

Israel has warned the United States that it is running dangerously low on ballistic missile interceptors as the war with Iran continues, according to a report by Semafor.

The outlet said US officials familiar with the matter confirmed that Israel’s stockpile of interceptors is under heavy strain after days of incoming missile attacks.

The report added that Washington has known for months that Israel’s interceptor supply could become a problem during a prolonged conflict.

While Israel’s defensive arsenal is reportedly being depleted, the United States still has sufficient interceptor reserves of its own.
